- 4 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar – Use seasoned rice vinegar (such as Nakano brand) that the label will usually say “seasoned”. It already has sugar added to it. You can use regular and adjust the sweetener as well.
- 2 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 tbsp blue agave syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tbsp fine minced garlic
- pinch pepper and salt – to taste

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 4 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 3 tbsp blue agave syrup, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp grated ginger, and 1/4 tbsp minced garlic.
