  • 4 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 ½ tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp blue agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp grated ginger
  • ¼ tbsp fine minced garlic
  • pinch pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 4 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 3 tbsp blue agave syrup, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp grated ginger, and 1/4 tbsp minced garlic.

  • Whisk the ingredients together until well combined and the dressing has emulsified. Add pepper and salt to your preference. Store in a glass jar with a lid.

Notes

Add-ins and Variations

  • Make it creamy by adding vegan mayo! 1 tbsp is enough and be sure to whisk it in very well.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice can be added for a citrusy twist.
  • Chopped cilantro or green onions are great add-ins for added freshness and color.
