Creamy Dark Cherry Tapioca Dessert Drink (Cherry Sago)
This dark cherry tapioca drink is rich, indulgent, and a cherry sago drink that is all sunny day vibes! Inspired by black cherry ice cream, creamy dessert drinks, and sago pearls, this drink is a dreamy fusion of flavor and texture.
Add ½ cup tapioca pearls and cook according to package instructions (typically 10–15 minutes), stirring occasionally. Steep for 8 minutes until translucent.Strain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking.

Make the Homemade Cherry Sauce
Combine frozen dark cherries and blue agave syrup. Microwave for two minutes, or heat in a saucepan.
