Asian Milk (Milk Base for Bubble Tea, Milk Tea, and Coffee Drinks)
This creamy and sweet milk base is perfect for adding to all kinds of bubble teas, milk tea, lattes, and other drinks for cafe-style flavor and presentation.
Add whole milk, condensed milk, and half and half to a saucepan. Place over low heat and warm for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. This blends all the ingredients together perfectly.
1 ½ cups whole milk, ½ cup condensed milk, 4 tbsp half and half
Do not let it simmer or boil. You just want everything fully combined and smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Stir after cooled.
Pour into a glass mason jar with an airtight lid and enjoy. Refrigerate leftovers.
