Ingredients

  • 1 Whole pineapple remove skin and core then cut into chunks
  • 2 cups ginger peeled
  • 6 whole lemons juiced
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients

  • Peel the Ginger and cut into large pieces.

  • Take skin off the pineapple, cut into quarters, remove the core, and slice into big chunks.

  • Juice the lemons ensuring to remove any seeds.

Make the Pineapple Ginger Lemon Juice.

  • Add 1 1/2 cups water to the blender cup and then add in the ginger. Blend very well until ginger is completely blended.

  • Pour over a wire mesh strainer into a bowl. Use the spoon to help strain the ginger juice into the bowl.
  • Repeat and keep pressing on the ginger until all that is left is fibers and the maximum ginger juice has gone through the strainer.

  • Add the lemon juice into the bowl of the ginger juice.
  • Next, add 1 1/2 cups water to the blender cup and add in the pineapple. Blend very, very well.

  • Pour that over the mesh wire strainer and use the spoon to help the pineapple juice get into the bowl. The blended pineapple will be foamy.
  • Your juice is almost done. Use the wire mesh strainer to scoop up some of the floating foam from the pineapple juice and discard if you want.
  • Transfer the juice to the mason jar and serve the pineapple ginger lemon juice as a drink with ice or in a shot glass.

Notes

Variations:
    • Try adding honey.
    • You can add basil or mint.
    • You can mix with apple juice for a sweet drink.
    • Add cayenne pepper for an ultra immunity shot drink with lots of heat.
    • Blend in fresh turmeric for more anti-inflammatory properties.
    • Stir in green powder or beet infused red superfood powder.
    • Add wheatgrass.
