Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe papaya peeled and diced
  • ½ ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup chilled coconut water or almond/plant milk for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Peel and dice the papaya, ensuring no seeds remain.
    1 cup ripe papaya
  • Scoop the avocado flesh from the skin.
    ½ ripe avocado

Blend

  • Add these ingredients to your blender for the avocado layer: avocado, 1/2 cup coconut water, half the honey honey, and half the ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and creamy and add to your glass.

  • Add these ingredients to your blender: papaya, 1/2 cup coconut water, half the honey, lime juice, and half the ice cubes. Blend very well, then add to your glass.
