¾ cup raspberries, ¾ cup cut green grapes, ¾ cup yellow mangoes, ¾ cup banana, ¾ cup cooked tapioca pearls, 3 cups Plant milk of choice, 4 tbsp condensed milk - regular or vegan condensed milk, 4 cups crushed ice
  • Serve in tall glasses with spoons. Enjoy fruit sago!

Notes

  • Cook tapioca per package instructions, rinse in cold water, and allow to cool while prepping the remaining ingredients. You can add a little simple syrup or milk to the cooked pearls so they don't stick.
  • Be sure to consume this drink right away. It is not good to leave it out for an extended time. Best to combine and serve right away.
  • If you want to serve this to a group on the dessert table, you can have the milk in a carafe over ice, and the fruit and ice in separate bowls. Have some tall glasses out and people can mix their own fruit sago drinks.
