Brew black ice tea and make the strength to your preference. Let it cool.
3 black tea bags, 4 cups water
Add the tea and the entire can of lychee with lychee juice into a pitcher. Remove some of the juice for less sweetness. You can also take a few lychee and blend them and add them into the tea as lychee pulp.
1 can lychee fruit
Mix well.
Serve the tea with fruit in big glasses and add lots of ice. For added effect, shake the infused tea with some ice for a foamy top.
Ice cubes, 2-3 tablespoons simple syrup
Garnish with slapped mint. Enjoy your lychee iced tea with a long spoon on the side to eat the lychee fruits.
