Ingredients

For the ice base:

  • 4 cups crushed ice
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 drops red or pink food coloring - or a little beet juice for a natural alternative
  • banana extract or blend in a quarter of a ripe banana

For the toppings:

  • 1 tbsp powdered milk
  • Chocolate syrup or chips
  • nata de coco or tapioca pearls
  • marshmallows
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Blend the ice base – In a blender or food processor, combine crushed ice, evaporated milk, condensed milk, banana essence or banana, vanilla extract, and food coloring. Blend until smooth and slushy.

  • Serve immediately – Scoop the mixture into cups or small bowls.
  • Add toppings – Generously sprinkle powdered milk on top, drizzle with chocolate syrup or chips, and add rainbow sprinkles. You can also include mini marshmallows, nata de coco, or sago pearls for extra texture.
