A vegan mango milkshake is an ALL natural, delicious, creamy, and tropical dessert beverage that combines the lusciousness of Manila mangoes with the creaminess of coconut milk. For non-vegan, just switch the plant based milk and ice cream to your preference.
Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit. Chop the mango flesh into small pieces.
3 Yellow Mangoes
Place the cut mango pieces in the freezer until they become very frozen.
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the frozen mangoes, coconut milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and ice cubes.
½ cup Coconut Milk , 2 tbsp Coconut Condensed Milk, 4 Ice Cubes, ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract, Pinch of Salt
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more plant-based milk until you reach the desired consistency or crush the ice cubes to allow easier blending.
For an exciting elevation, top the mango milkshake with whipped cream, rice flakes (pinipig), and add a sprinkle of cardamom. Serve in a tall glass with a straw and milkshake spoon.
Cardamon
Notes
