Creamy, Dreamy Vegan Mango Milkshake

A vegan mango milkshake is an ALL natural, delicious, creamy, and tropical dessert beverage that combines the lusciousness of Manila mangoes with the creaminess of coconut milk. For non-vegan, just switch the plant based milk and ice cream to your preference.

Ingredients

  • 3 Yellow Mangoes cut and freeze
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk real, canned, regular coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Condensed Milk
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Cardamon optional, Just a pinch to sprinkle on top

Instructions

Prepare the Mangoes:

  • Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit. Chop the mango flesh into small pieces.

  • Place the cut mango pieces in the freezer until they become very frozen.

Blend the Ingredients:

  • In a blender, combine the frozen mangoes, coconut milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and ice cubes.
    ½ cup Coconut Milk , 2 tbsp Coconut Condensed Milk, 4 Ice Cubes, ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract, Pinch of Salt
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more plant-based milk until you reach the desired consistency or crush the ice cubes to allow easier blending.
  • For an exciting elevation, top the mango milkshake with whipped cream, rice flakes (pinipig), and add a sprinkle of cardamom. Serve in a tall glass with a straw and milkshake spoon.
