Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 medium carrot peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • ¾ cup almond milk or your preferred milk; coconut or oat milk work well too or vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger optional, grated or minced
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • small pinch cinnammon
  • 2 Ice cubes

Optional Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons nut butter optional
  • Vanilla Protein powder
  • ¼ cup raw spinach
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • pinch pumpkin pie spice mix

Instructions

  • Peel the banana. Peel and chop the carrot. Add these and all the ingredients into the blender.
    1 frozen banana, 1 medium carrot, ¾ cup almond milk, ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, 2 teaspoon maple syrup, small pinch cinnammon, 2 Ice cubes
  • Blend until completely smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can also top it with a sprinkle of chia seeds, nuts, or shredded coconut for extra texture and nutrients.
