This easy carrot banana smoothie is a nutritious glow recipe for skin, mind, and wellness with naturally sweet banana and carrot with very few ingredients for a healthy, vegan treat.
1medium carrotpeeled and chopped into small pieces
¾cupalmond milkor your preferred milk; coconut or oat milk work well too or vanilla almond milk
¼teaspoonfresh gingeroptional, grated or minced
2teaspoonmaple syrup
small pinch cinnammon
2Ice cubes

Instructions
Peel the banana. Peel and chop the carrot. Add these and all the ingredients into the blender.
1 frozen banana, 1 medium carrot, ¾ cup almond milk, ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger, 2 teaspoon maple syrup, small pinch cinnammon, 2 Ice cubes
Blend until completely smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can also top it with a sprinkle of chia seeds, nuts, or shredded coconut for extra texture and nutrients.
