Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana natural sweetness; use ripe bananas with some brown spots to ensure they are sweet
  • 3 Dates pitted
  • ¾ cup Milk of choice Use almond, oat, coconut, or dairy milk depending on your preference.
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Prep your ingredients – If your dates are dry, soak them in very warm water for 5 minutes to soften.
  • Blend it up – Add all ingredients to a blender.
    1 Ripe Banana, 3 Dates, ¾ cup Milk of choice, ¼ tsp Cinnamon, ¼ tsp Vanilla extract, 4 Ice Cubes
  • Blend until smooth – About 45 seconds, or until creamy. Add more milk of choice for a less thick smoothie.
    Serve and enjoy! Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
