Prep your ingredients – If your dates are dry, soak them in very warm water for 5 minutes to soften.
Blend it up – Add all ingredients to a blender.
1 Ripe Banana, 3 Dates, ¾ cup Milk of choice, ¼ tsp Cinnamon, ¼ tsp Vanilla extract, 4 Ice Cubes
Blend until smooth – About 45 seconds, or until creamy. Add more milk of choice for a less thick smoothie.Serve and enjoy! Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
