Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream quality; French vanilla or vanilla bean
  • ¾ cup Ube Halaya softened

Instructions

  • Soften your ube halaya by warming it very slightly for 5-8 seconds in the microwave.

  • Then add the rest of the ube halaya and add half of the ice cream.
  • Pulse several times.
Then, blend everything for ten seconds.
  • Finally, add the remaining vanilla ice cream, pulse a few times, and then blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  • Line a cold glass with some ube halaya on the sides.
Pour the Ube milkshake into the glass.
Top your milkshake with whipped cream, if desired, and garnish with more Ube halaya.
Serve with a straw and long spoon.
